The Program

Our first step is to ensure you understand EXACTLY why you’re overweight.

We’ll uncover why you have constant cravings and can’t seem to stick to an eating plan long enough to maintain the initial lbs you may have lost. 

Then we build a personalized protocol for you. This is a way of eating guided by honouring your body. It’s directed entirely by you, and don’t worry, it doesn’t have to be rigid. We only move forward if it meets this criteria:

  1. It feels doable

  2. You could foreseeably eat this way forever

  3. You’ll for sure lose weight 

From there we tackle EVERY SINGLE obstacle that gets in your way by using your brain and your heart (the best resources you have to achieve any goal you set in life).

I want you to know that you will fit into that size you’ve been thinking is out of reach, that you can be a “naturally thin” person no matter what your history or genetics are, and the best part, is that you can do it while enjoying your food, NOT being at it’s mercy.

You’ll walk away from every call with new insight into your own brain and a revitalized relationship with food, your body and yourself.

Each week we’ll figure out how you can optimize your strategy, physically, mentally and emotionally to reach your goals.

I’ll be asking you questions so that together we examine the thinking that is currently running the show (in the background). Once we bring those thought patterns into our awareness, we can work to change them into ones that will get you what you want.
