Hi! I'm Paula


Let me tell you a little about me and how I got here. 

Many years ago I hired a life coach (this was when it was still pretty obscure and weird unless you were Madonna). Think going to therapy in the 80’s. 

Anyway, it really helped me understand myself and started me on a path of repairing the low fat dieting/body image damage that was the late 90’s/early 2000’s. 

Then I spent a small fortune on coach training and certifications and now help other women who got off course with food and their weight and want to feel good in their bodies.

I know a thing or two about this. I’ve released 45 lbs and since then have also gotten back to my pre-pregnancy weight after two babies.

My work isn’t about telling you what to eat, it’s about lowering an over desire for food so that you genuinely don’t want that blueberry muffin at 3pm or the Haagen-Dazs with your show.

Basically I’ll help you use your mind, not willpower to become the person you want to be, in the body that feels like you.

My methods are based on neuroscience, somatics and leading edge scientifically proven strategies for releasing excess weight and getting in right relationship with food and your body.  

I live in a majestic part of the world called Victoria on Vancouver Island, Canada with my husband and two little kids.
