- How are you likely to show up when it comes down to following through on this?Ā For example, what might you think when it comes time to actually do it? What might you do instead?
- How do you need to show up? For example, what do you need to think and what do you need to do?
- What emotions will I allow in order to achieve this? For example, resentment, self-pity, annoyance etc.
- What have I already accomplished in this area? Nothing is too small to include here!
