In Shape Shift weâll be pairing practical strategies to help you become metabolically flexible with mindset work so you can activate your subconscious mind and actually follow through no matter what your food or movement plan you choose.Â

The reason we gain weight is from an overdesire for food, meaning we want more food than we need. When weâre metabolically flexible, our hunger levels are normal, weâre better able to know when to stop eating and donât have cravings for sugar. The other part of overdesire is psychological in which our brain wants more food than we need to release weight; how weâre thinking creates desire and permissiveness to eat, for example, thinking I donât want to waste food leads to eating more than we need.

In this program we address the reasons why youâve been overeating, all this overdesire, so that once you release the weight thereâs no going back.

Weight loss results in the old diet paradigm aka eat less, move more or the quick fix are grim to say the leastâŚ
+ Only 20% of overweight people whoâve released 10% of their initial body weight keep it off more than a year.Â
+ Research on weight loss medication (Ozempic/Wegovy/Mounjar) show that about 2 out of 3 people regain at least half of the weight they released within a year of stopping the drug. HOWEVER! Those who pair medication with lifestyle and mindset changes do best long-term.Â

Module 1: Cultivate Awareness
First youâll get clear on what you TRULY want and learn how to infuse that goal with desire so it doesnât feel like another âshouldâ in your life but fills you with aliveness.Â

Then weâre shifting gears completely. We won't be focussed on your goal, weâll be entirely focussed on WHO you need to become, Â so that goal is inevitable.Â
Â
Weâll be dropping self judgment to create self-awareness, uncovering the patterns and constructs youâre unconsciously living. Are you an all-or-nothing person? Someone who canât follow through? Someone who needs a glass of wine or a bag of chips to unwind and relax? We must make these constructs known so we can uncover what those parts of you truly need, validate them and then let them go. Only from there, can we then connect with an irresistible future and construct your new identity.
Module 2: Embody Your New Identity
Youâll learn specific rituals and practices to overcome our brainâs natural tendency to be negative and choose thoughts and rituals that energize your new identity. Together weâll navigate common obstacles so you can follow through, acting from your future self even on days when you want to say, ah screw it. Instead youâll learn how to generate and lock in motivation and determination.
Module 3: Take Aligned ActionÂ
Â
Learn how to challenge your capacity so that you become the person you want to be, taking action from your new identity. Think of this as living your life from your new identity more often than your old identity so that it feels normal. Resistance is part of the process of change, so we work WITH it not against it to generate willingness.Â
When you usually say, I need a break, itâs too hard or whatâs the point?, you will use a framework to move yourself from resistance into willingness. Instead of being driven by doubt youâll ever get there, youâll tap into commitment. Instead of fearing you wonât keep the weight off, youâll double down on seeing your progress rather than the number on the scale. Say goodbye to guilt about overeating the night before and hello to curiosity, compassion and resilience.
Module 4: Transform Into Your New Identity
This is the final release of the old identity to fully step into the new identity. We say thank you, good bye and kill off that old identity. Acknowledgment and celebration are often missing from our attempts at change but significantly strengthen the new identity youâre building and accelerate your progress. This is baked in so you donât have to think about it.
We cover specific ways to generate momentum, amplify ânatural pleasuresâ so your life is more interesting than food, and how to handle it when you slip back into the old identity after a poor nightâs sleep.

Let me tell you a little about me and how I got here.Â
Many years ago I hired a life coach (this was when it was still pretty obscure and weird unless you were Madonna). Think going to therapy in the 80âs.Â
Anyway, it really helped me understand myself and started me on a path of repairing the low fat dieting/body image damage that was the late 90âs/early 2000âs.Â
Then I spent a small fortune on coach training and certifications and now help other women who got off course with food and their weight and want to feel good in their bodies.
I know a thing or two about this. Iâve released 45 lbs and since then have also gotten back to my pre-pregnancy weight after two babies.
My work isnât about telling you what to eat, itâs about lowering an over desire for food so that you genuinely donât want that blueberry muffin at 3pm or the Haagen-Dazs with your show. Basically Iâll help you use your mind, not willpower to become the person you want to be, in the body that feels like you.
My methods are based on neuroscience, somatics and leading edge scientifically proven strategies for releasing excess weight and getting in right relationship with food and your body. Â
