I‘ve worked with clients just like you who don't feel comfortable in their own skin.

In Shape Shift I’ll help you understand yourself - why you do what you do. 

You’ll learn how to relate to the parts of yourself who want to stay the same, the parts that are scared; who have so much evidence you can’t do it. Your current identity LOVES this old story.

We won’t chastise or ignore these parts of you. You’ll learn how to access the wisdom there and this integration process will catapult your success. 

Embodiment

I’ll teach you how to process your emotions so that they don’t subconsciously run your life through “self-sabotage.” You’ll also learn how to relate to them differently so that instead of avoiding negative emotion, you USE it to take action in your life.

Inside the Video Training Series:

 

Module 1: Cultivate Awareness

First you’ll get clear on what you TRULY want and learn how to infuse that goal with desire so it doesn’t feel like another “should” in your life but fills you with aliveness. 

 

Then we’re shifting gears, focussing on WHO you need to become in order to make that goal inevitable - merely days on the calendar.

 

We’ll be dropping self judgment to create self-awareness, uncovering the patterns and constructs you’re unconsciously living.

  • Someone who needs a glass of wine or a bag of chips to unwind and relax?

Module 2: Embody Your New Identity

You’ll learn specific rituals and practices to overcome our brain’s natural tendency to be negative.

Together we’ll navigate common obstacles so you can follow through, acting from this new identity even on days when you want to say, ah screw it.

You’ll learn specific embodiment sequences to generate motivation and determination on demand.

Instead of doubting you’ll ever get there...tap into commitment.

Instead of fearing you won’t keep the weight off...double down.

Say goodbye to guilt about overeating the night before and hello to curiosity, compassion and resilience.

Module 3: Take Aligned Action 

 

Learn how to challenge your capacity so that you live your life from your new identity more often than your old identity.

Resistance is part of the process of change, so we work WITH it not against it to generate willingness to workout, put the fork down and pass on dessert.

You'll use a specific repeatable framework to regulate your nervous system so that you can think at your highest level and keep going. 

Module 4: Transform Into Your New Identity

This is the final release of any old identities:

  • Emotional Eater
  • Fun Party Girl
  • Starts But Doesn't Finish Person

We'll rewrite your inner narrative around weight, food and self-authority and calibrate your nervous system to your new identity to avoid "Success Intolerance" in which your brain diminishes your progress or rewards your success with food and overeating.

You'll also learn and how to handle it when you slip back into the old identity after a poor night’s sleep so that you can get back on track quickly.

Your Guide

 

Let me tell you a little about me and how I got here. 

Many years ago I hired a life coach (this was when it was still pretty obscure and weird unless you were Madonna). Think going to therapy in the 80’s.

Anyway, it really helped me understand myself and started me on a path of repairing the low fat dieting/body image damage that was the late 90’s/early 2000’s. 

Then I spent a small fortune on coach training and certifications and have spent the last decade helping other women who got off course with food and their weight and want to feel good in their bodies.

My work is here to help you transform; to make any change that seems unchangeable to you. Because it’s not whether the transformation is happening — it is. You are reborn every single day. Instead of struggling against it, I’m here to help you understand it and to learn to work with it.

My methods are based on cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), neuroscience, embodiment coaching (somatics), with a dash of shadow work and ancient wisdom. 

I live in a majestic part of the world called Victoria on Vancouver Island, Canada with my husband and two little kids.
