If you want to be more consistent but find yourself overeating despite your best intentions, this one’s for you. You’ll learn steps to follow through even on the toughest of days.

 

3: Push Through Plateaus

Nothing is more discouraging when we feel like we’re doing all the right things and the scale is simply NOT budging. Learn about weight loss plateaus and how to handle them.

 

4: Raising Your Standards

Weight loss is a particularly interesting and complex challenge, not for the faint of heart. So if you’ve taken on this challenge, you’re already a warrior in my mind. But YOU likely don’t feel that way. This workshop will ignite the fire inside you so that you can step into that next version of yourself.
